She joined the Gramonnati in 2023 after completing her Masters in Development Studies from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. Possessing expertise as a development practitioner, her primary areas of focus include designing livelihood interventions and Gender Development. Embracing the Theory of Change, she leverages her proficiency in program evaluation and planning to assist non-profit organisations and social enterprises in maximising their capabilities and achieving their goals. Moreover, she has acquired practical experience in managing social media platforms for Nonprofits and generating engaging content.
